08-Lane Access Controlled Expressways from Greater Noida to Ballia
08-Lane Access Controlled Expressway starts from Eastern Peripheral Expressway near village Sirsi in Greater Noida passing through Gautambudh Nagar to State Highway no. 34 near Phephana in district Ballia. The project has been developed on DBFO basis on PPP Model. All expenses on the project to be borne by the Concessionaire. No financial assistance/grant/fund is being provided by GoUP.

Link-1 Farrukhabad (19.215 km. approx.), Link-2 Lucknow (90.222 kms. approx.) and Link-3 Mirzapur (13.551 km. approx.) Total = 122.985 kms.
Estimated length of the Expressway is approximately 952 km. and that of links is 95 kms. Its estimated cost is approximately Rs. 30,000 crores.
